Pennsylvania AI laws: what's in force, and what's coming

Pennsylvania has no comprehensive or sector AI statute; its enacted AI-related laws are criminal: Act 125 of 2024 on AI-generated child sexual abuse material and intimate images, and Act 35 of 2025 creating the offence of digital forgery for deepfakes. Executive agencies operate under Governor Shapiro's 2023 executive order on generative AI, and no AI-specific act appears among 2026 enactments.
