Nevada AI laws: what's in force, and what's coming

Nevada has no comprehensive AI statute; its 2025 laws bar AI systems from being offered or marketed as mental or behavioral health care and limit AI use in schools and by therapists, require a 'manipulated' disclosure on election communications using synthetic media, and keep final emergency and utility shutoff decisions out of AI's hands. The Legislature meets in odd years, so no new regular-session AI laws were added in 2026.

02 · PlanisphereSeal it

The event becomes a sealed receipt, dated and attributed to whoever is signed in.

03 · AnyoneCheck it

Paste the receipt into Verify. No account or key.

A record supports your compliance evidence process. It is not a legal finding or a certification. Systems that call Planisphere's gate API can also hold or refuse an action before it runs.
