Not directly. The Biden order, EO 14110, was revoked on January 20, 2025 by EO 14148. EO 14179, signed January 23, 2025, refers to "the revoked Executive Order 14110," sets a policy of sustaining US AI leadership, and orders agencies to review and undo actions taken under the old order. It places no testing duties on private companies. The binding agency duties are in OMB memos M-25-21 and M-25-22, which replaced M-24-10 and M-24-18 on April 3, 2025.
