Arkansas AI laws: what's in force, and what's coming
Arkansas has no comprehensive AI statute, but its 2025 session passed several targeted laws: public bodies must adopt AI use policies, ownership rules for generative AI output, AI likeness rights, and AI-generated child sexual abuse material. State-government AI work runs through a governor's working group and an AI & Analytics Center of Excellence set up in 2024.
