In a legal AI workflow
Oklahoma has no comprehensive AI statute; its enacted AI-specific laws are a 2025 criminal law on AI-generated sexual images and the 2026 Oklahoma Responsible Technology in Schools Act on AI use in public schools. In 2026 bills on AI chatbots and minors, AI personhood, state-agency AI disclosure and election deepfakes passed the House or a committee but did not reach the governor.
